A presentation on the most dangerous and damaging vegetable oils known to man! I’d also want to try a (Pharma-free) natural protocol for optimal gut health, like for example the GAPS Nutritional Protocol. I’d want to consult with a certified GAPS practitioner and/or a GAPS coach to help permanently restore my gut health through a GAPS Nutritional Protocol (from Dr. Natascha Campbell-McBride).
